In your notice of alleged copyright infringement, please include as much detail as possible to allow us to identify the facts or circumstances, including, where possible: A physical or electronic signature of the owner (or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of the copyright that is allegedly infringed; Specific identification of each copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; Specific name and description of where the material believed to be infringing is located on Bananry; Your complete contact information (including telephone number and email address); Statements that you or the copyright owner has full rights to the copyright material and that no permission was given by the rightful owner for the material identified in this statement to be used as indicated.

Users of Bananry should only upload music and music videos that they have made or that they are authorized to use. In other words, as a user of Bananry, you should not upload music or music videos you didn’t make, use content in your music videos that someone else owns the copyright to; these include, but are not limited to music tracks, snippets of copyrighted material, or videos made by other users, without the necessary authorization.

Based on our policy, Bananry has all rights to terminate any account of users who are repeat infringers.
